We are anticipating both delays to order processing and shipping times during the current New Zealand lockdowns.

While Auckland remains in Level 04 we are unable to use our normal local perfume distributors and are instead relying on international distributors. This means there are delays on restocking some of our perfumes and shipping out some orders.

Currently we are holding any orders that have a business address in a Level 04 or Level 03 area until alert levels ease. You can contact our support team to have your package redirected to a residential address if this affects you.
